I’m Craig Dubé. I build small AI agents that run on my own hardware — a Mac mini with an M4 Pro and 48 GB of unified memory — and I write down what happens.

The posts here are working notes rather than tutorials. Each one follows a single problem through to whatever it actually measured, including the parts that got slower.
